Pengaruh Person-Job Fit Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Melalui Work Engagement Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Pegawai ASN Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-job fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan work engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai ASN Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person-job fitberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selain itu, work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa person-job fit memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap OCB melalui work engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesesuaian antara individu dan pekerjaannya dapat meningkatkan keterikatan kerja pegawai, yang pada akhirnya mendorong munculnya perilaku kerja ekstra peran (OCB). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam penempatan pegawai yang sesuai dengan kompetensi dan karakteristik pekerjaan.
