Abstract

Pokok masalah yang diajukan pada paper ini adalah bagaimana hukum waris dilingkungan keluarga kurang mampu. Hukum waris diartikan sebagai hukum yang mengatur tentang kedudukan harta kekayaan seseorang setelah pewaris meninggal dunia. Tujuan menulis artikel ini untuk mencatat dan memberitahukan bagaimana hasil, bentuk, teori, konsep, metode, prosedur atau permasalahan yang perlu dicari pemecahannya yang ada dalam kewarisan islam, seperti sebab-sebab menerima warisan, halangan menerima warisan, dan hak-hak sebelum pembagian warisan.
