Abstract

Sumber daya manusia pada zaman sekarang tidak lagi di pandang sebagai faktor produksi, tetapi lebih di anggap sebagi aset yang penting dalam organisasi. Koordinasi yang efektif dalam sebuah organisasi sangat diperlukan karena tanpa adanya koordinasi maka setiap anggota dalam organisasi tidak memiliki pegangan mana yang harus diikuti, yang akhirnya akan merugikan organisasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja petugas Ground Handling PT Gapura Angkasa di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 orang petugas Ground Handling PT Gapura Angkaa di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Solo. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisoner secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji T, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja petugas Ground Handling PT Gapura Angkasa di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Solo. Dibuktikan dari hasil Uji T (Parsial) diketahui T hitung sebesar 12,668 dengan nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,001 < 0,05 hal ini menyatakan secara parsial variabel koordinasi berpengaruh terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi menunjukan hasil sebesar 67,9% yang berati koordinasi memberikan pengaruh efektivitas kerja sedangkan sisanya 32,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
