Abstract

Peranan karyawan sangat penting pada perusahaan. Oleh karenanya perlu diperhatikan demi kualitas kerja yang lebih baik. Adapun perhatian untuk karyawan adalah tentang reward, gaji, ataupun pangkat namun dalam penentuannya sering terjadi subjektifitas. Oleh karena itu dirasa perlu dibuatkan sistem untuk menunjang penilaian tersebut. Sitem tersebut adalah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). Pada perancangan sistem ini, kriteria yang digunakan adalah absensi, attitude, dan loyality. Pada penelitian ini, metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode TOPSIS karena metode ini memiliki komputasi yang cepat dan sederhana. Platform yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini adalah berbasis web guna mempermudah akses bagi pengguna terhadap sistem. Berdasarkan perancangan yang telah dibangun maka sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS berbasis web ini bisa digunakan untuk mereduksi subjektifitas dalam penilaian karyawan terbaik.
