Abstract

Airport Self Service merupakan sebuah pemanfaatan teknologi guna meningkatkan kegiatan operasional dan pelayanan bandar udara. PT Angkasa Pura di Indonesia sebagai pengelola bandara telah menerapkan beberapa teknologi Airport Self Service seperti Layanan Self Check-In, Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Automated Information System. Kepuasan penguna jasa adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (atau hasil) yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Airport Self Service terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa di Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyediakan data yang dapat diukur dan dianalisis secara statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada pegguna jasa di Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil T hitung yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS menunjukan nilai T hitung sebesar 53, 396 lebih besar dari T tabel 1.661 dan nilai signifikan 0.00 yang dapat diartikan bahwa Airport Self Service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan sejauh mana pengaruh variabel penerapan Airport Self Service (X) terhadap variabel kepuasan pengguna jasa (Y), diketahui bahwasanya nilai koefisien determinasi yakni 0,968. Ini berarti variabel Airport Self Service (X) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 96,8% terhadap variabel kepuasan pengguna jasa (Y) dan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi di luar penelitian ini sejumlah 3,2.
