Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan masalah yang terjadi dalam pengajaran sastra di SMA Free Methodist Medan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada hal-hal yang mencakup cara mengajar yang dipakai oleh pengajar, partisipasi siswa dalam aktivitas belajar, dan penggunaan media serta sumber belajar sastra. Dengan mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang ada, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran sastra di sekolah itu.
