Abstract

Motivasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong mahasiswa akhir untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literasi dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber terkait peran kata-kata motivasi dalam meningkatkan semangat mahasiswa akhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, menjadi pendorong utama yang memengaruhi konsistensi dan produktivitas mahasiswa. Faktor-faktor seperti lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, dukungan dari orang sekitar, serta komunikasi yang efektif melalui kata-kata motivasi berkontribusi dalam membangkitkan semangat dan mengurangi stres akademik. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran komunikasi dan motivasi dalam membentuk daya juang mahasiswa akhir, sehingga mereka dapat menghadapi tantangan dengan lebih optimis dan proaktif.
