Kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dan Peran Sentralnya dalam Kemenangan di Badar

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam Perang Badar yang terjadi pada 17 Ramadhan 2 Hijriah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan Nabi berperan sentral dalam kemenangan pasukan Muslim yang hanya berjumlah 313 personel melawan pasukan Quraisy yang mencapai 1000 personel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui analisis sumber-sumber primer seperti Al-Qur'an, hadis, dan kitab sirah, serta sumber sekunder dari karya akademik. Temuan penelitian mengungkap empat dimensi kepemimpinan Nabi yang menjadi kunci kemenangan. Pertama, kepemimpinan spiritual dan moral yang membangun ketahanan mental pasukan melalui keteladanan langsung dan keyakinan akan pertolongan Allah. Kedua, kepemimpinan strategis dan militer yang mencakup pengumpulan intelijen akurat, pemilihan medan pertempuran yang menguntungkan, dan penerapan disiplin pasukan yang ketat. Ketiga, kepemimpinan partisipatif yang melibatkan musyawarah dengan para sahabat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Keempat, kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dengan mengenal potensi masing-masing sahabat dan pembagian harta rampasan perang yang adil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam Perang Badar menawarkan model kepemimpinan holistik yang mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritual, strategis, partisipatif, dan pemberdayaan. Model ini tidak hanya relevan dalam konteks historis, tetapi juga menjadi referensi berharga bagi pengembangan teori kepemimpinan kontemporer.
