Analisis Tingkat Pengangguran di Indonesia Berdasarkan Data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Periode 2015–2024

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Indonesia periode 2015–2024 menggunakan metode deskriptif berbasis data sekunder Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Fokus utama studi mencakup pengaruh jumlah angkatan kerja (Xₗ) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi (X₂) terhadap tingkat pengangguran (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi signifikan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir; tren penurunan terjadi pada 2015–2019, namun melonjak tajam pada 2020 akibat pandemi COVID-19 yang melumpuhkan sektor ekonomi. Pasca-pandemi hingga tahun 2024, angka pengangguran kembali menurun seiring pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Temuan riset mengindikasikan bahwa laju pertumbuhan angkatan kerja berpotensi meningkatkan pengangguran jika tidak disertai penciptaan lapangan kerja yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan pemerintah yang fokus pada penguatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk menekan angka pengangguran secara berkelanjutan.
