Etika Pancasila dan Perilaku Mahasiswa Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai etika Pancasila pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan serta kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap 5 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai etika Pancasila belum optimal, ditandai dengan masih adanya perilaku tidak jujur, kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam kerja kelompok, serta rendahnya disiplin. Faktor yang mempengaruhi antara lain beban tugas yang tinggi, tekanan akademik, dan pengaruh lingkungan teman. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa serta dukungan dari pihak kampus agar nilai etika Pancasila dapat diterapkan dengan lebih baik.
