Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja, Promosi Jabatan, Dan Sistem Rekrutmen terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan pabrik PKS PT.Murini Samsam, Kab.Bengkalis,Riau. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan sofware SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signiikan terhadap Turnover Intention, 2) Promosi Jabatan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, 3) Sistem Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, 4) Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja, Promosi Jabatan, dan Sistem Rekrutmen Secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
