Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ekonomi nasional, UKM berperan penting dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi UKM di Jakarta, yang melibatkan 60 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan modal, metode pemasaran, dan manajemen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan UKM. Keterbatasan modal berdampak negatif pada kemampuan ekspansi dan investasi, sementara pemasaran digital dan word-of-mouth terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Manajemen yang baik juga berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja UKM. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar UKM mencari sumber pendanaan alternatif dan mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital serta pelatihan manajemen.
