Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi institusi pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan pada era digital. SMA N 1 Sibolangit memiliki berbagai masalah terkait operasional termasuk pengelolaan administrasi dan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan EA, melalui pendekatan TOGAF, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan pendidikan di sekolah. Dengan sistem yang terintegrasi, proses penginputan data menjadi lebih akurat dan efisien, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
