Strategi Endorsement Pendidikan Untuk Mendukung Penggunaan Deep Learning Dalam Proses Pembelajaran

Perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang besar bagi penerapan deep learning dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam dan interaktif. Namun, potensi tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena keterbatasan pemahaman pendidik, fasilitas digital, serta literasi mahasiswa yang belum merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi endorsement pendidikan yang dapat mendukung penerapan deep learning di lingkungan sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait kebijakan pendidikan, pelatihan pendidik, dan implementasi teknologi pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa endorsement yang efektif dapat diwujudkan melalui pelatihan guru dan dosen, penyediaan sarana digital, pendampingan teknis, serta kebijakan institusional yang mendorong inovasi pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan strategis dari lembaga pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan menjadi faktor kunci agar deep learning benar-benar memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran.
