Learning Culture sebagai Fondasi Human Capital Development

Learning culture merupakan elemen fundamental dalam membangun kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada era transformasi digital dan persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran budaya pembelajaran sebagai fondasi human capital development melalui studi literatur dari satu buku nasional dan sebelas jurnal ilmiah yang tersedia secara terbuka. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menelaah teori human capital, organizational learning, knowledge sharing, job crafting, serta kompetensi karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning culture berperan langsung dalam meningkatkan kompetensi, kreativitas, adaptabilitas, perilaku proaktif, serta kinerja SDM. Learning culture juga menjadi motor penggerak bagi keberhasilan pengembangan human capital jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tanpa budaya belajar yang kuat, strategi pembangunan human capital tidak dapat berjalan optimal.
