Perancangan Desain User Interface dan User Experience Aplikasi E-commerce Seattle Sound Berbasis Android

Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia telah mengubah perilaku belanja masyarakat, termasuk pada sektor alat musik yang menunjukkan potensi pasar signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi e-commerce khusus alat musik bernama Seattle Sound berbasis Android dengan pendekatan Design Thinking. Metode ini melibatkan lima tahapan utama: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan aplikasi dengan fitur pencarian produk, detail informasi yang lengkap, interaksi langsung antara penjual dan pembeli, serta desain antarmuka yang sederhana namun informatif mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepercayaan pengguna. Prototipe yang dikembangkan menghasilkan desain final yang konsisten secara visual dan fungsional, dengan identitas logo khas Seattle Sound. Pengujian dengan calon pengguna membuktikan bahwa aplikasi ini responsif terhadap kebutuhan dan mampu memberikan pengalaman belanja digital yang lebih interaktif serta memuaskan.
