Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem informasi digital untuk meningkatkan pelayanan informasi kepada penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu, Deli Serdang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi layanan sistem informasi digital yang ada serta merumuskan upaya pengembangannya agar penyampaian informasi menjadi lebih efektif, modern, dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna jasa bandar udara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan On the Job Training (OJT).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Wayfinding (DWF) yang tersedia saat ini masih berfungsi sebagai media informasi satu arah dan belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh dengan sistem informasi digital yang ada. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan QR Code sebagai sarana untuk akses informasi mandiri juga belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Digital Wayfinding (DWF) berbasis touchscreen yang terintegrasi dengan website bandar udara serta didukung dengan fitur QR Code. Penempatan fasilitas ini diharapkan ada di area strategis terminal.Dengan pengembangan tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi, efektivitas pelayanan, kenyamanan penumpang, serta mendukung transformasi digital dan penerapan konsep Smart Airport di Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu.
