Penataan Jalur Kendaraan pada Area Curbside: Strategi Penanganan Kemacetan di Bandar Udara A.P.T. Pranoto Samarinda

Area curbside merupakan fasilitas sisi darat bandar udara dengan intensitas pergerakan kendaraan yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi mengalami kepadatan, terutama pada jam sibuk. Di Bandar Udara Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda, aktivitas kendaraan drop-off, pick-up, dan akses menuju parkir VIP masih menggunakan jalur yang sama sehingga menimbulkan konflik pergerakan dan menghambat kelancaran arus lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tata letak jalur kendaraan, mengidentifikasi penyebab kemacetan, serta menyusun rekomendasi penataan jalur yang lebih efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan personel Aviation Security (AVSEC), petugas parkir VIP, validasi oleh Supervisor AVSEC, dokumentasi, dan data volume kendaraan. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tata letak jalur, pola pergerakan kendaraan, konflik arus lalu lintas, dan tingkat pelayanan jalan (Level of Service/LoS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemacetan disebabkan oleh penggunaan dua lajur aktif dengan fungsi yang bercampur sehingga memicu konflik pergerakan (weaving conflict), meningkatkan waktu berhenti kendaraan (dwell time), dan menurunkan tingkat pelayanan jalan menjadi LoS F pada jam sibuk. Penelitian merekomendasikan penataan tiga lajur fungsional, yaitu Lajur 1 untuk akses Parkir VIP, Lajur 2 untuk drop-off, dan Lajur 3 untuk pick-up guna meningkatkan kelancaran, keselamatan, dan kualitas pelayanan area curbside.
