Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) adalah lembaga peradilan di lingkungan peradilan tata usaha negara yang berwenang memeriksa, mengadili, dan memutus sengketa tata usaha negara, yaitu sengketa antara orang/badan hukum dengan pejabat TUN terkait keputusan tata usaha negara. Dan dalam suatu Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara tentunya tidak terlepas dari banyaknya kasus yang marak terjadi, seperti salah satunya adalah Sengketa Tanah. Sengketa Tanah merupakan suatu perselisihan antara kedua belah pihak atau lebih dalam pengklaiman atas hak dan kepemilikan tanah.
