Pengaruh Penggunaan AI, Terhadap Minat Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Gizi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga Stambuk 2023 Universitas Negeri Medan

Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Medan dengan melibatkan 70 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI berpengaruh signifikan lemah terhadap minat belajar (R² = 0,121) dan signifikan kuat terhadap hasil belajar (R² = 0,454). Secara simultan, AI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedua variabel dengan R² sebesar 0,45. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa AI mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan capaian akademik mahasiswa.
