Peran Harga Diri dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Perilaku Bullying di Lingkungan Pendidikan: Studi Literatur Sistematis

Perilaku bullying masih menjadi masalah serius di lingkungan pendidikan karena berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan perkembangan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menelaah hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying berdasarkan 12 artikel penelitian yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2019–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa harga diri rendah meningkatkan kecenderungan individu melakukan bullying sebagai bentuk kompensasi terhadap rasa tidak aman, sedangkan harga diri yang sehat berfungsi sebagai faktor pelindung terhadap perilaku agresif. Sementara itu, konformitas teman sebaya memiliki hubungan positif dengan perilaku bullying karena individu sering mengikuti norma dan tekanan sosial dalam kelompoknya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perilaku bullying tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu, tetapi juga oleh dinamika sosial di lingkungan sekolah, sehingga upaya pencegahan perlu difokuskan pada penguatan harga diri dan pembentukan hubungan sosial yang positif di kalangan siswa.
