Analisis Tantangan dan Strategi Kewirausahaan dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Resimen Korps Taruna Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia

Resimen Korps Taruna memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan karakter dan kepemimpinan calon perwira perhubungan yang berkualitas. Selain menjalankan fungsi pembinaan, keberlangsungan organisasi ini mensyaratkan adanya sumber pendapatan mandiri guna mendukung kegiatan ketarunaan di lingkungan kampus, khususnya di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Kewirausahaan dipandang sebagai solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan Resimen Korps Taruna sekaligus memberikan kesempatan bagi para taruna untuk mengasah keterampilan bisnis dan memperkuat kemandirian finansial organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendalami berbagai tantangan dan strategi pelaksanaan kewirausahaan dalam organisasi ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan sejumlah hambatan, antara lain keterbatasan pengetahuan praktis kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi yang hierarkis dan kurang mendukung inovasi, keterbatasan modal, serta akses pasar yang terbatas. Meski begitu, penerapan strategi kewirausahaan yang tepat dapat membantu peningkatan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan serta memperkuat kompetensi dan karakter kewirausahaan di kalangan taruna. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kewirausahaan merupakan langkah krusial dalam memperkuat fungsi pembinaan dan sumber pendapatan Resimen Korps Taruna di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug.
