Adaptasi Mahasiswa Magang Generasi Z terhadap Perbedaan Budaya Komunikasi di Lingkungan kerja Perum Perhutani Jawa Timur

Penelitian ini membahas strategi adaptasi komunikasi mahasiswa mahasiswa generasi Z selama menjalani magang di Perum Perhutani Jawa Timur. Mahasiswa menghadapi perbedaan budaya komunikasi formal di tiap divisi, termasuk interaksi dengan pegawai senior dan sistem rolling antar divisi. Adaptasi ni dilakukan melalui pengamatan , penyesuaian gaya bicara, Bahasa tubuh, dan hubungan interpersonal yang didukung oleh mentor dan teman magang, sehingga komunikasi menjadi lebih efektif, nyaman, dan pengalaman magang lebih maksimal.
