Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan data kendaraan Ground Support Equipment (GSE), pemeriksaan kendaraan, serta pencatatan pelanggaran secara terintegrasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan adalah proses pencatatan dan pengawasan Ground Support Equipment (GSE) masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan penyampaian informasi, serta kesulitan dalam pemantauan data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang mampu mengelola data secara terstruktur dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahapan identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), serta implementasi sistem berbasis web. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki beberapa fitur utama, yaitu manajemen data GSE, pemeriksaan kendaraan, pencatatan pelanggaran, dashboard monitoring, serta manajemen pengguna. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
