Implementasi Strategi Pengembangan SDM dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Transformasi Digital

Transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pola kerja dan sistem manajemen organisasi, sehingga menuntut pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang adaptif dan kompeten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pengembangan SDM dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital di lingkungan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pengembangan SDM dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis digital, peningkatan kompetensi teknologi, penguatan budaya organisasi yang adaptif, serta pengembangan kepemimpinan digital. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti resistensi karyawan terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat bergantung pada kesiapan SDM dan konsistensi organisasi dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan yang berkelanjutan.
