Perjuangan Kaum Marginal dalam Menuntut Hak Asasi Mereka di Indonesia

Kaum marginal merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap pelanggaran hak asasi manusia karena posisi sosial, ekonomi, maupun kultural yang tidak menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bentuk perjuangan kaum marginal di Indonesia dalam menuntut hak-hak dasar mereka, serta tantangan struktural yang dihadapi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka terhadap laporan HAM, artikel jurnal, dan kebijakan publik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kaum marginal menggunakan berbagai strategi seperti litigasi, advokasi, protes sosial, dan kampanye digital. Meskipun terdapat beberapa keberhasilan, perjuangan ini masih dibatasi oleh hambatan struktural dan minimnya dukungan negara. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan multidisipliner dan intersektoral untuk mewujudkan keadilan sosial yang inklusif.
