Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Kewarganegaraan Mahasiswa melalui Mata Kuliah Pancasila

Strategi pembelajaran mata kuliah Pancasila yang efektif untuk memperkuat civic knowledge mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, kajian ini menelaah artikel jurnal penelitian, buku, silabus, serta dokumen kebijakan pendidikan tinggi yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitik dan disintesis secara tematik untuk membandingkan temuan antar sumber. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kontekstual meliputi blended learning, diskusi berbasis isu aktual (Problem Based Learning), Project Based Learning, dan student centered learning konsisten meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta keterlibatan sosial mahasiswa dibandingkan metode konvensional. Kendala utama yang teridentifikasi adalah praktik pengajaran yang masih normatif dan monoton, bahan ajar yang kurang kontekstual, serta sistem evaluasi yang cenderung berorientasi pada hafalan sehingga kurang mampu mengukur ranah afektif dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, perlunya integrasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah/proyek, pengembangan modul kontekstual berbasis studi kasus, peningkatan kapasitas dosen dalam metode pembelajaran aktif, serta perancangan instrumen asesmen komprehensif. Implikasi kebijakan mencakup pemanfaatan prinsip Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka untuk memperluas pengalaman nyata mahasiswa dalam internalisasi nilai Pancasila. Penelitian lanjutan direkomendasikan berupa evaluasi empiris intervensi pembelajaran untuk mengukur dampak kuantitatif terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku kewarganegaraan mahasiswa.
