Perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi telah menjadi faktor strategis dalam mendorong modernisasi manajemen pertahanan di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Transformasi lingkungan strategis global yang ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi digital, kecerdasan buatan, dan sistem persenjataan cerdas menuntut perubahan paradigma dalam pengelolaan pertahanan nasional. Fokus utama kajian ini mencakup integrasi teknologi seperti artificial intelligence (AI), penguatan kolaborasi internasional dan transfer teknologi di industri pertahanan, serta pembangunan kapabilitas militer berbasis teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen pertahanan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kualitatif dengan menelaah artikel jurnal ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, dan publikasi resmi lima tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan topik pertahanan dan teknologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi tidak hanya memperkuat kesiapan operasional pertahanan, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap kemandirian industri pertahanan nasional dan peningkatan daya saing strategis Indonesia di kawasan regional.
