Strategi Tni Angkatan Darat Dalam Menangani Ancaman Separatisme di Papua Melalui Penerapan Pos Depan Taktis Gabungan Dalam Rangka Operasi Kontra Insurjensi

Ancaman separatisme bersenjata di Papua, terutama di wilayah pegunungan seperti Kabupaten Nduga, menuntut operasi kontra insurjensi yang cepat, terukur, dan tetap membangun dukungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi TNI Angkatan Darat (TNI AD), kendala utama di lapangan, serta penerapan Pos Depan Taktis Gabungan (PDTG) sebagai pola operasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, studi pustaka, dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi TNI AD mengarah pada pendekatan Smart Power melalui penindakan selektif berbasis intelijen dan pembinaan teritorial untuk memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat. PDTG dinilai membantu mempercepat aliran informasi, memperkuat penguasaan wilayah, dan meningkatkan interoperabilitas antarsatuan. Kendala utama meliputi medan dan cuaca ekstrem, ketergantungan logistik udara dan evakuasi medis, blank spot komunikasi, dilema aturan pelibatan terkait risiko sipil, serta perbedaan protap dan egosektoral. PDTG efektif sebagai simpul integrasi operasi tempur, intelijen, dan teritorial, namun membutuhkan penguatan tata kelola gabungan. Saran yang diperlukan adalah penguatan doktrin dan protap gabungan, latihan terpadu berkala, serta peningkatan sistem komunikasi taktis dan dukungan logistik yang adaptif.
