Penelitian ini membahas strategi peningkatan moril pasukan melalui pemanfaatan musik oleh Direktorat Ajudan Jenderal TNI AD pada kegiatan Satuan Tugas Pembinaan Mental selama Operasi Militer di Aceh tahun 2003. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kondisi moril prajurit, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan mental, serta kontribusi kegiatan musik dalam meningkatkan semangat juang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus melalui analisis dokumen dan wawancara dengan personel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi emosional, penguatan nilai patriotisme, serta peningkatan kohesi satuan. Kegiatan musik mampu menurunkan tingkat stres, meningkatkan motivasi, dan memperkuat ketahanan psikologis prajurit. Dengan demikian, musik menjadi strategi non-tempur yang efektif dalam mendukung kesiapan mental dan keberhasilan operasi militer.
