Strategi Optimalisasi Penggunaan Peleton Escort Dalam Peningkatan Kapabilitas Operasional Satgas Kompi Zeni TNI Pada Misi Monusco di Kongo

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi optimalisasi penggunaan Peleton Escort dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas operasional Satgas Kompi Zeni TNI pada misi United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) di Republik Demokratik Kongo. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis peran, efektivitas, serta kontribusi Peleton Escort dalam menjamin keamanan pergerakan personel dan alat berat, menjaga keberlanjutan operasi konstruksi infrastruktur, serta meningkatkan ketahanan personel Zeni di wilayah konflik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada lingkungan operasional Satgas Kompi Zeni TNI yang terlibat dalam misi MONUSCO dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan analisis data lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peleton Escort memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan keamanan konvoi, mendukung efisiensi logistik, serta memperkuat kesiapsiagaan operasional prajurit di daerah berisiko tinggi. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi fungsi Peleton Escort dapat meningkatkan kapabilitas operasional Satgas Kompi Zeni TNI dalam mendukung keberhasilan misi perdamaian PBB secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.
