Peran Kecabangan Ajudan Jenderal Dalam Operasi Militer Selain Perang Pengamanan Wilayah Rawan di Papua Tengah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya peran kecabangan Ajudan Jenderal (Ajen) dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Operasi Militer Selain Perang (OMSP), khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan pengurusan dan pemakaman jenazah prajurit di medan operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi peran Ajen dalam OMSP pengamanan wilayah rawan di Papua Tengah serta merumuskan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan tugas tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan di Mabesad, Direktorat Ajudan Jenderal Angkatan Darat, dan Kodam XVII/Cenderawasih dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Ajen masih bersifat administratif dan reaktif serta belum terintegrasi secara optimal dalam tahap perencanaan operasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyusunan pedoman operasional yang komprehensif, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta penguatan koordinasi antar kecabangan guna mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan OMSP.
